Duties
As a SUPERVISORY LOGISTICS MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST at the GS-0346-15 some of your typical work assignments may include:
Plan, organize, and direct the activities of the Futures and Experimentation Division, ensuring that the TCJ5/J4 directorate complies with legal and regulatory requirements and meets customer needs.
Plan work to be accomplished by subordinates, sets, and adjusts long & short-term priorities, and prepares schedules.
Exercise supervisory personnel management responsibilities.
Represent Strategic Plans, Policy, and Logistics Directorate with a variety of installation and functional area organizations.
Serve as the USTRANSCOM's primary subject matter expert on all strategic exercise of space-based transportation functions.
Serve as the Command Key representative for external conferences and events.

Qualifications
You may qualify at the GS-15 level, if you fulfill the following qualifications:
One year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-14 grade level in the Federal service:
Developing short & long range goals and objectives that integrate organization, experimentation, exercises, and innovation program objectives.
Establishing policies and procedures for accomplishment of future technological requirements and strategic-level war-gaming.
Researching and determining appropriate actions or interpretation of issues that impact organization, installation, command, or agency.
Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community, student, social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment. You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience.

Substitution of education may not be used in lieu of specialized experience for this grade level.
