You will serve as a Program Analyst of NAVSUP BUSINESS SYSTEMS CENTER.
Duties
You will Research and resolve issues related to Government Furnished Information (GFI) or contract deliverables.
You will maintain liaison and effective communication between department organizational elements, customer sites, Navy budget personnel, Navy contracting officers and commercial vendors and contractors.
You will coordinate the development of technical direction for contractors and develop clarifications or revisions of technical directions provided to contractors.
You will develop financial spreadsheets to monitor the status of funds applied to contracts for goods or services and monitors contractor performance to ensure that execution is consistent with contract scope and available contract funding.
You will conduct independent studies and serve on study teams aiding in analyzing planned program milestones.

- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the (GS-11) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Examples of experience include performing work that involves serving as a Contracting Officer's Representative (COR). Providing advice, recommendations, analysis, customer service, processing, coordinating, and information in the areas of contract pre-award, post-award administration and contract close out. Your experience must reflect skill in the following areas: attention to detail, customer service, written communication, multi-tasking and problem solving.
Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
1) Providing effective advice, knowledge, and coordination (including documentation and approvals) regarding the acquisition of IT services and products;
2) Utilizing knowledge of budgeting and accounting for IT development/operating funds as applied to contract management and the development of long-term contract budget requirements;
3) Presenting and contract-related recommendations and conclusions based on analysis and evaluation using analytical tools and techniques;
4) Analyzing and applying continually changing regulatory, contractual, financial and procedural material.
