You will serve as a MANAGEMENT & PROGRAM ANALYST in the Total Force Manpower Department (N1), Manpower and Workforce Management Division (N12) of NVRECRUITNGCMD.
Duties
You will advise and assist others within and outside of the command to complete work on assigned projects.
You will brief managers on study findings and recommendations concerning human resource related issues.
You will discuss results of manpower analysis with working groups and provide written reports of status updates.
You will analyze deficiencies to develop resolutions to problems.

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Performing report preparation and maintenance; 2) Providing advice and assistance to managers and civilian personnel; 3) Reviewing civilian personnel paperwork for completeness and accuracy prior to submission; 4) Providing maintenance of current status of all internal and external recruitments and coordinate with managers and HR specialist to expedite processing of recruitments and other request personnel actions; 5) Using information to answer questions and prepare correspondence, reports, graphs and briefings utilizing computer systems; and 6) Overseeing civilian non-recruitment and recruitment actions from start to finish to include establishing positions, developing recruitment actions, preparing promotions, reassignments, resignations, and submitting request personnel actions.

Education
In lieu of specialized experience, you may qualify with the following education or combination of both education and experience:
Successful completion of a master's or equivalent graduate degree
OR
Successful completion of two full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to a master's degree
OR
Possession of an LL.B. or J.D. that is related to this position being filled.
