You will serve as an Administrative/Technical Specialist (Government Account Manager) in the Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Business Office (NEBO) of NAVSURFWARCEN IH DIV.
This is not a high-grade position; therefore, the salary may be limited to a GS-13, Step 10 (currently $153,354).
Duties
You will provide financial and logistical support to the NAVSEA Enterprise, both General Fund and Working Capital Fund.
You will be responsible for understanding financial and property policies and procedures.
You will support and provide feedback on business process recommendations for effective operations within the Navy ERP as well as with external interfaces.
You will provide effective customer service; following appropriate feedback mechanisms and processes and making recommendations for service and process improvement.
You will plan for and synthesize requirements of competency areas, such as financials and property and other specialties into integrated strategies and processes to support the system operations.

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NT-04 pay band (GS-11/12 grade level equivalency) in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Analyzing financial and property functions utilizing Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE) for the management of government accounts.
