Duties

Provide clerical support for the Master Planning Division of DPW USAG Fort Leonard Wood, MO. Maintain a GFEBS database for the facility maintenance data for DPW Fort Leonard Wood. Assist Realty Specialists with work assignments. Maintain contact with divisions, branches, and sections within the directorate in or to prepare DPW response for level of support. Create and complete real property facility files. Prepare and executes hand receipts for real property assets.

Requirements

  • Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation Tier 1 investigation.
  • TDY 10%.
  • Obtain and maintain a state driver's license.
  • One-year probationary period unless already completed.
  • Able to type 40 words per minute.

See Proof of Eligibility for an extensive list of document requirements for all employment authorities SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: One year of specialized experience which includes three years of progressively responsible general work experience with one year of that experience equivalent to at least the GS-04 grade level, which includes (1) Assisting with providing administrative support to organization/office such as in a real estate or property management office; and 2) using automated software systems to perform tasks. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-04). OR Education: Four years of education above the high school level obtained in an accredited business, secretarial or technical school, junior college, college or university. OR Combination of Education and Experience: A combination of education and experience may be used to qualify for this position as long as the computed percentage of the requirements is at least 100%. To compute the percentage of the requirements, divide your total months of experience by 12. Then divide your semester hours of education beyond two years (total semester hours minus 60) by 60. Add the two percentages.
