You will serve as the Intelligence Director at the GG-15 grade level in support of the Worldwide Integrated Undersea Surveillance System (IUSS) and, as such, are responsible for developing command positions on all-source intelligence, to include acoustic intelligence (ACINT), that receive high visibility within the Department of Defense (DoD), Department of the Navy (DoN), Fleet commanders, Theater Undersea Warfare Commanders (TUSWC) and the national Intelligence Community (IC).
Duties
You will represent Commander - Undersea Surveillance (CUS) and its positions in various national/international working/high level meetings.
You will coordinate and manage the broad aspects of intelligence collection, targeting, and related tasking as they pertain to foreign platforms' capabilities and signatures.
You will supervise OPINTEL and ACINT analysis and intelligence production in answer to current requirements from operational forces and intelligence community customers.
You will demonstrate experience implementing and managing acoustic and all-source Intelligence planning, data fusion, quality control, execution, and reporting.
You will provide intelligence and technical services to numerous foreign partners through MOUs.
You will maintain liaison with appropriate government activities and Navy sponsored civilian contractors in pursuit of intelligence studies.
You will work with government agencies, acquisition communities, naval and national intelligence agencies, and Fleet commands for requirements, collaboration, system development, and mission execution.
You will provide advanced knowledge of personnel security, information security, and top-secret control programs and functions IAW DoD and Navy policies.
You will demonstrate experience with Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility (SCIF) management.
You will work with foreign partners and create/implement bi- and tri-lateral agreements.
You will apply advanced experience with tasking, collection, processing, exploitation, and dissemination (TCPED) processes.
You will provide advanced knowledge and experience with Undersea Warfare operations and support.
Requirements

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS/GG-14 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector performing duties such as:
Leading a diverse federal civilian and military workforce, including recruitment, manpower management, and training.
Overseeing the production of acoustic reconstruction and materials supporting mission planners, RDT&E and training initiatives.
Managing and controlling OPINTEL / ACINT intelligence production, regulate workloads, assigns priorities, and identifies resource requirements within the directorate.
Implementing and managing acoustic and all-source Intelligence planning, data fusion, quality control, execution, and reporting.
