Duties
You will support the planning and execution of major Navy surface ship modernization through planning and tracking of milestones and product maturity for integrated systems.
You will provide end-to-end management and oversight of all aspects of work package development, and contractor work package execution for the DDG MOD 2.0 Program.
You will conduct detailed analyses of complex functions and work processes that can include financial, contractual, programmatic, or other program office focus areas and provide recommendations to program leadership.
You will support development and execution of studies, surveys and review projects to evaluate program requirements, accomplishments, effectiveness, and/or compliance with meeting specific goals, objectives, rules, and regulations.
You will prepare coordinated reports, presentations and briefings in support of the program.
You will coordinate with various program stakeholders across NAVSEA internal and external organizations to achieve program objectives.
You will evaluate compliance with meeting system specifications, as well as adherence to rules and regulations.
You will prepare senior level briefings on complex topics related to ship alteration design, development, planning, procurement, systems integration, test, fleet introduction, and support.
You will analyze data and develop solutions to identified problems and risks, and recommend the need for, and participate in, the establishment and implementation of risk management efforts.

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level/pay band NH-02 (GS-11) in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector analyzing programs to identify issues and recommend process improvements for a surface ship program.
