As a Management Analyst at the GS-0343-12, you will be part of Healthcare and Insurance, Office of Personnel Management. If selected, you will be responsible for planning and executing data modeling, analysis, and visualization activities that support the different healthcare and insurance lines of business.

Duties

Conducts special analytical and planning assignments. Gathers and conducts extensive analysis of information to properly evaluate technical and resource issues.

Qualifications

For the GS 12: You must have at least one year (52 weeks)of specialized experience which is equivalent in difficulty and complexity to the GS-11 grade level in the Federal service that demonstrates broad knowledge of the functions, processes, and principles of management; and ALL of the following: 1. Conducting analytical and planning assignments, that require fact-finding, coordination, and presentations; 2. Design data models that support business requirements; 3. Implements strategic planning processes pertaining to budget formulation; 4. Analyze and presents information for intended audiences. Applicants must meet applicable time-in-grade requirements to be considered eligible. One year at the GS-11 level is required to meet the time-in-grade requirements for the GS-12 level. You must meet all qualification and eligibility requirements by the closing date of this announcement. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community, student, social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment. You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience.
