The selectee of this position serves as a Supervisory Management Analyst. You will be responsible for for conducting program reviews and financial audits of Field and Headquarters offices of Program Operations.
This may be a Detail or a Temporary Promotion that can be terminated at any time. It may also be made permanent without further competition.
Duties
As a Supervisory Management Analyst at the GS-0343-14 level, some of your typical work assignments may include:
Analyzes procedures to identify more efficient and effective methods for accomplishing program objectives pursuant to statute, Department of Justice, USMS policy and procedures.
Develops statistical analyses and evaluations of program performance
Prepares statistical and analytical reports

Qualifications
GS-14 TIME IN GRADE REQUIREMENTS: Merit promotion applicants must meet applicable time-in-grade requirements to be considered eligible. One year at the GS-13 grade level is required to meet the time-in-grade requirements for the GS-14 grade level. (Must submit your SF-50 that shows Time-in-Grade eligibility and reflects your title, series, and grade. No award SF-50 will be accepted).
You may qualify at the GS-0343-14 level, if you fulfill the following qualifications:
Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes: 1) Appraising programs to ascertain operating effectiveness and efficiency; 2) Addressing a wide range of complex and routine issues; 3) Utilizing statistical software to conduct analysis; and 4) Demonstrating experience leading a team responsible for resource analysis and/or modeling. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service
