About the Position: This position is located at 43d AG BN at Ft Leonard Wood, MO. Ft Leonard Wood is located in the beautiful South-Central Missouri Ozarks. The Ft covers more than 61,000 acres and is located in Pulaski County, Missouri. Bordering the installation to the North are the towns of Waynesville/St. Robert and Interstate 44. St. Louis is a 2 hour drive to the East along I-44 and Springfield is a little more than an hour's drive to the West of Ft Leonard Wood.
Duties
Review production reports or other data to ascertain problems in accuracy.
Keep employees informed of management goals and objectives.
Ensure all required forms, records, and files pertaining to assigned work are obtained and maintained.
Serve as the Information Management Officer (IMO).
Responsible for updating/maintaining the battalion web page.
Requirements
- Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
- The employee may be required to work overtime to include weekends and nightshift on occasion
- The employee may be required to work overtime to include weekends and federal holidays, out of cycle, or on an emergency basis.
- This position requires that the employee occasionally travel away from the normal duty station up to 25% of the time.

Specialized Experience: one year of specialized experience which includes: work that involves experience in applying the principles, practices, and procedures involved in administering military personnel actions; and using personal computers to input, extract, query, and research data in military personnel database systems, as well as performing office applications.

Time in Grade Requirement: Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade or equivalent (GS-07). All applicants must meet applicable time-in-grade and specialized experience requirements within thirty (30) days after the closing date of the announcements.
