You will serve as a Management and program assistant in the Business Department, Talent Management Division of NAVSUP FLC PEARL HARBOR.
Duties
You will prepare monthly calendar, schedule appointments, maintains suspense files and tracks action correspondence to completion
You will use database or spreadsheet applications to enter, revise, sort and retrieve data for personnel reports.
You will use office automation applications to produce a wide variety of correspondence, reports, records, briefing materials and statistical and narrative material.
You will assist in tracking mandatory training completion through the command’s various training coordinators, and provides statistics/reports to command leadership.
Requirements

- Must be determined suitable for federal employment.

- You will be required to obtain and maintain an interim and/or final security clearance prior to entrance on duty. Failure to obtain and maintain the required level of clearance may result in the withdrawal of a job offer or removal
- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-6 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Providing administrative support for civilian personnel programs such as training and development, incentive awards, performance reviews; 2) Using office automation applications to produce a wide variety of correspondence, reports, records, briefing materials and statistical and narrative material; 3) Maintaining strategic workforce staffing plans (organizational charts) and ensure all civilian gains/loses are properly updated; 4) Coordinating with office staff to ensure all records are in appropriate order for review/inspection
