You will serve as a Management Assistant in the Fuels Department of NAVSUP FLC PEARL HARBOR.
Duties
You will coordinate with various Fuels Department Divisions providing, technical assistance, advice guidance, training, implementation, policy, procedures for systematic identification, creation, maintenance, and disposition of Federal Guidelines.
You will ensure paper and electronic files are setup properly to include inactive files are setup properly to include inactive files and ensure files are maintained in accordance to Federal Guidelines.
You will train users on electronic Records Management principles and ensures E-records are Cut-off and relocated to inactive files area pending disposition.
You will assist customers with identification of records to include handling and storage of material such as For Official Use Only, Controlled Unclassified Information, and other types of information.
You will perform collection development, cataloging and classification, reference, circulation, computer system and database management, preservation and accountability control.
You will ensure that information is accurate and up to date and notifies affected customers of changes to instructions.
You will receive customer requests for collaboration tool use.
You will support other tasks related to Administrative services to include mail and distribution, scanning of records into PDF, Time-Keeping and creation processing official correspondence.
You will perform daily use of information entry using means such as Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other means.
Requirements

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of Specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-06 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: applying administrative principles and practices, regulations, maintain and control records, develop, analyze and improve the organizational management functions and work procedures. Examples of specialized experience include 1.) Utilizing knowledge of statutory, regulatory, and other legal requirements associated with information resources management, records management, privacy and access; 2.) Performing collection development, cataloging, classification, reference, circulation, computer system and database management, and preservation and accountability control. 3.) Assist other employees by providing access and connection to the correct databases; 4.) Ensuring compliance with all Federal guidelines in record management, maintenance, and retention of all documentation; 5.) Providing support in Administrative Service including, mail and distribution, time keeping, and processing.
