You will serve as a SUPPLY MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST in the BACHELOR HOUSING BRANCH of MARINE CORPS BASE QUANTICO.
Duties
You will perform daily supply operations, plan and organize work, process inputs, ensures maximum productivity is accomplished in the procurement of supplies and equipment; issuance and safeguarding.
You will be responsible for ensuring that all transactions and operations are performed in accordance with applicable Federal, DOD, and USMC regulations.
You will provide assistance, instruction and technical guidance to personnel engaged in supply and procurement, ensuring operational and administrative deadlines are met.
You will maintain organizational property inventories, prepares reports, plans, surveys, and audits to assist management in identifying supply/procurement requirements or deficiencies.
You will establish, submit, monitor, and execute an operational financial supply/procurement fund budget.
Requirements

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: performing process analysis and recommendations for supply management and/or procurement operations process improvements, and/or assisting with screening purchase requests to ensure proper sources of supply are used.

Education
In lieu of specialized experience, you may qualify with the following education or combination of both education and experience:
Master's or equivalent graduate degree
OR
Two full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to a master's degree.

OR
Combination of experience and education as described above that equates to one year of experience. The percentage of the required education plus the percentage of the required experience equal one hundred percent.
