About the Position: You will serve as a Logistics and Facilities Supply Management Specialist with responsibility for planning, managing, and directing the supply and logistics program at the Division level, with support to 13 geographically dispersed Field Offices and 4 functional Field Offices, located across the globe.
Duties
Checks and monitors operations to ensure compliance with governing regulations, internal control systems, and appropriate supply management concepts.
Act as the subject matter expert for the Financial Liability Investigations of Property Loss (FLIPL) application and provide guidance and tracking of all open FLIPL actions to closure.
Maintains contact with customers and procurement personnel, to ensure timely and effective support to customer, and to resolve major or unusual problems.
Provides authoritative advice and guidance on supply and maintenance systems, requirements, processes, and procedures to ensure understanding and compliance with requirements.
Investigates and resolves customer complaints and critical problems.
Provides managerial support and subject-matter expertise in the maintenance and logistical processes concerning standard and non-standard equipment systems.
Closely monitors and participates in providing Table of Distribution (TDA) updates for materiel end item changes.

Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes: apply supply management concepts in the areas of inventory management, storage management, and supply data systems; provide assistance on supply system requirements; advise on supply support management matters; and provide guidance and training to supply personnel. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-11).

Time in Grade Requirement: Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade or equivalent (GS-11).
