You will serve as a PROGRAM ANALYST (Family and Personnel Support Analyst) in the AUKUS INTEGRATION AND ACQUISITION OFFICE.
Duties
You will execute program plans to achieve milestones within the Family and Personnel support work stream and requirements for the full scope of activities associated with Submarine Rotational Force - West (SRF-W).
You will provide short and long range plans for the cost, performance, schedule of diverse teams (tri-lateral working groups) within the scope of assigned areas.
You will establish working relationships with internal/external stakeholders (UK and Australia) to coordinate projects for development, installation, and integration of administrative and non-administrative family/personnel support services.
You will lead studies, surveys, reviews, or research projects to evaluate program accomplishments, effectiveness, and/or compliance with meeting specific goals, objectives, rules, and regulations.
You will identify, analyze, and improve business processes to meet new or existing goals and objectives.
You will prepare coordinated reports, presentations, and briefings in support of program actions and will brief senior leadership (Flag level) on challenges and recommended solutions.

- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
- This position is covered under the Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA). Certification in the Acquisition Functional Area and category assigned to the position is required within established category timeframes.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NH-02 pay band (or GS-11 equivalent) in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector analyzing or evaluating financial, contractual, or programmatic requirements (e.g., cost, schedule, performance, administrative) in support of business or operational programs.
