About the Position: Serves as the Training Administrator for The Army Space Training Division's Training Operations and Electronic Attack Integration Team. US ARMY SPACE & MSL DEF CMD, CENTER OF EXCELLENCE, TDD, TRAINING DIVISION, COLORADO SPRINGS, CO 80916
Duties
Serve as the Training Administrator for the Army space Training Division’s Training Operations and Electronic Attack Integration Team.
Responsible for executing electronic attack integration training support activities with the objective to oversee and provide training support to the Total Army.
Develops electronic attack requests produced by other Army organizations and units inn support of unit collective and individual operational training.
Develops current and future operational training strategies used to establish and set official programs, policy, guidance, regulations, implementation plans and resource planning.
Requirements
- Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
- This position may require occasional 25% TDY.
- This position requires a TOP SECRET Clearance.
- This position is covered by the Civilian Drug Testing Program. Incumbent is required to sign a DA Form 5019-R, Condition of employment for certain civilian positions identified as critical under the Drug Abuse Testing Program.

Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience that demonstrates a practical knowledge of the subject area of the position and of the methods and techniques of instruction, which includes 1)provides strategic direction for resolution of mission-critical problems, policies, and procedures; 2) collaborates with senior management to create new guiding principles and standards; 3) coordinates the work of multiple teams or organizations; 4) evaluates strategic guidance for resolving issues related to mission-critical issues; 5) Formulate budget/action plan to acquire and allocate resources.
This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-13 or above).
