About the Position: Incumbent serves as a Supervisory Realty Officer within the Installation Management Command (IMCOM) Directorate-Sustainment.
Duties
The primary purpose of this position is to provide program management for the real estate/real property functions of Redstone Arsenal (RSA).
Responsible for the continual, efficient operation of the RSA real estate and real property programs.
Establish program goals, set priorities, and advise supervisor, Command Group, higher headquarters staff, and others concerned with overall plans and programs for real estate and real property management/unaccompanied programs.
Implement programs of instruction and standard operating procedures consistent with current policies and applicable regulations.
Requirements
- Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
- This position requires the incumbent be able to obtain and maintain a determination of eligibility for a Secret security clearance or access for the duration of employment. A background investigation and credit check are required.
- Incumbent is required to submit a Financial Disclosure Statement, OGE-450, (5CFR Part 2634, Subpart I USOGE, 6/08)

Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes experience with real estate program management; overseeing timelines and scheduled real property actions; coordinating real estate activities including funding and scheduling to complete assignments and/or provide direction on the application of acquisition standards to realty practice. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-12).
