About the Position: The incumbent serves as a Realty Specialist for Installation Management Command (IMCOM) Installation Directorate - Sustainment (ID-S) under the general supervision of the Chief, Public Works, IMCOM ID-S.

Duties

Advises, assists and assesses real property accountability processes of subordinate Garrison that manage real property. Supports implementation and execution of a variety of Army real estate instruments of subordinate garrisons for which IMCOM is the Land Holding Command. Monitors real property accountability processes for the Garrisons and subordinate Commands. Analyzes real property and real estate. Analyzes issues according to pertinent policy and regulation and poses solutions for identified issues. Participates in the aspects of real property lifecycle that relate to acquisition, utilization, transfer, disposal and management of Army installation real property. Executes support to assigned garrisons in real property and real estate databases of record to include HQIIS, GFEBS, USACE RFMIS, and RPLANS.

Requirements

  • Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
  • This position requires the incumbent be able to obtain and maintain a determination of eligibility for a Secret security clearance or access for the duration of employment. A background investigation and credit check are required.
  • This position has a Temporary Duty (TDY) or business travel requirement of 25% of the time.
