About the Position: Serve as an advisor to the Center, providing technical assistance to Program Managers, Project Managers, Program Analysts, Resource Managers, Project Delivery Team members and District Managers in implementing environmental projects and programs.

Duties

Track, distribute, and catalogue all technical documents submitted for review to the Environmental and Munitions Center of Expertise (EMCX) in support of specific environmental programs. Collect program/project execution data from EM CX program/project managers. Recommend cost effective means of collecting data and categorizing data to ensure proper application to future projects and to resolve existing administrative problems. Assist the project manager in planning, coordinating, evaluating, and reviewing all phases of project control including the interpretation of and compliance with criteria, regulations, policies, and procedures, design and construction authorization. Develop and maintain electronic databases.

OR Combination of Education and Experience: A combination of education and experience may be used to qualify for this position as long as the computed percentage of the requirements is at least 100%. To compute the percentage of the requirements, divide your total months of experience by 12.
