The duty station of these positions will be assigned at the time of a job offer, and pay will be set in accordance with the duty station. Any on-site requirements will be determined by the duty station assigned upon selection.
Duties
Develops, maintains, and monitors integrated reporting system(s) effecting programs with interrelated functions and operations.
Discusses, explains, and presents analytical findings and data in support of recommendations to management officials.
Implements new financial management procedures/systems or develops guidance to clarify regulations or policies
Provides financial advisory services for a major segment of a business line/product line budget.

- Time after Competitive Appointment: Candidates must have served 3 months after latest competitive appointment in the Federal service.

Qualifications
One year of specialized experience equivalent in level of difficulty and responsibility to that of the next lower grade (GS-11) within the federal service, which demonstrates the ability to perform the duties of the position, is required.
Specialized Experience is defined as: experience with data analysis of financial information using Microsoft Excel, Access, or other data visualization tools on financial and resource management data in a working capital fund environment to support data driven recommendations and advice to improve effectiveness and efficiency of operations and to assist leadership in the completing financial missions.
?Time-in-Grade: Current or former federal employees who have held a GS position in the preceding 52 weeks, must meet the time in grade requirement. To be considered for the GS-12, applicants must have served 52 weeks as a GS-11 or higher in the Federal service.
You may qualify for consideration if meeting time-in grade, specialized experience, education requirement, 90 days after competitive appointment requirement, and all other qualification requirements within 30 calendar days after the closing date of the announcement, unless otherwise indicated on the announcement.
