You will serve as a MANAGEMENT ANALYST in the Shore Manpower Requirements Department of NAVY MANPOWER ANALYSIS CENTER.
Duties
You will conduct manpower studies to improve workforce effectiveness and efficiency.
You will research new business or management practices to improve manpower management methods.
You will analyze workload data used to determine efficiency improvements and optimal organizational structure.
You will analyze techniques to formulate recommendations for solving problems and resolving manpower issues.
You will advise on the most effective standards, processes, and work methods to support manpower recommendations.
Requirements

- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Utilizing analytical and evaluative methods and techniques to issue concerning the efficiency and productivity of program operations; 2) Analyze workload data collected to identify Statement of Manpower Requirements (SMR); 3) Collect, review, and interpret data; and 4) Assist in developing study strategies and Plan of Action and Milestones (POA&M).
