You will serve as a Program Analyst (MAINTENANCE SYSTEMS) in the Fleet Maintenance Directorate (N43), Maintenance Information Technology (IT) Branch (N437), for COMMANDER US FLEET FORCES COMMAND.
Duties
You will serve as Fleet Maintenance Leader for higher authority IT and business process related executive committees and -working groups comprised of 0-6/GS-15 personnel.
You will plan, organize and assign work.
You will coordinate Fleet Maintenance/Logistics AIS requirements and enhancements with ASN (RDand A), ASN (FM and C) and OPNAV N4/N8/N9 Staff.
You will provide team members with tasking and necessary technical direction, consistent with provisions in negotiated contracts.
You will allocate resources in response to workload and priority changes.
You will provide substantive inputs to the Contracting Officer Representative (COR) for contract performance appraisal.
You will be responsible for submitting and gaining approval of all contract
documentation within USFF.

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-14 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
Experience equating the disruption of an information technology system or service to real time maintenance impacts and who to contact assist driving corrective actions.
Experience prioritizing services being provided by PEO MLB, PEO Digital and PEO C4I in light of operational needs of the day.
Experience determining seminal guidance for maintenance business processes, readiness reporting and Defense Business System management.
Experience providing input to Program, Planning, Budget, and Execution (PPBE) process.
Experience supporting command inquiries with regards to Logistics Information Systems, Readiness Reporting and material performance with reporting products at the Rear Admiral (O-7) and Senior Executive (SES) Level.
