This position is in the Office of Program Administrative Support within the Office of Defense Nuclear Nonproliferation (DNN). The incumbent will serve as a Management and Program Analyst performing a wide range of duties within the scope of records management, human resources, training, strategic workforce development, administrative and business operations.

SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
A qualified candidate's online application and resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower NNSA Demonstration Project pay band, NQ-02 or GS-12 grade level in the Federal service. Specialized experience for this position is defined as: Evaluate and advise management on the effectiveness and efficiency of agency execution of programs and functions, the distribution of work among positions and organizations, appropriate staffing levels and skills mix, benefits/uses of automation to improve the efficiency of administrative support or program operations.
Examples of Specialized Experience:
1. Provide in-depth consultation and strategic guidance on matters related to records management, human resources, training, strategic workforce development, administrative and business operations.
2. Planning, organizing, and overseeing projects or programs within the scope of records management, human capital, administrative and business operations functions.
3. Evaluate and advise management on the effectiveness and efficiency of agency execution of programs and functions.

Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills; and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment. You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience.
