Duties
Exercise direct supervision and control over staff consisting of professional, technical, and support personnel.
Plan and assign work to be accomplished by subordinates, set priorities, and establish deadlines.
Review and analyze records, reports, and studies of production or staff utilization in order to evaluate work progress, efficiency, and effectiveness.
Develop and execute concepts, broad program plans, and programming objectives
Develop performance standards and evaluate work performance.
Create goals or objectives to implement/deploy new technology strategies that evaluate the effectiveness and performance of IT networks and systems within the region enterprise network domain.
Coordinate deployment and support of standard applications in the command.
Develop senior level reports and weekly briefings.
Present leadership with current network status reports on a regular basis.
Respond to and analyze network intrusions and incidents.
Manage training and certification of all IT staff, ensuring the command maintains full administrative rights on the network.
Requirements
- Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
- Requires a TOP SECRET/SCI Eligible security clearance. Must be able to obtain an INTERIM Top Secret security clearance prior to employment and maintain a fully adjudicated Top Secret security clearance during employment.
- Pre-employment and periodic urinalysis exams are required.

Experience must be IT related; the experience may be demonstrated by paid or unpaid experience and/or completion of specific, intensive training (for example, IT certification), as appropriate
