You will serve as a ADMINISTRATIVE/TECHNICAL SPECIALIST in the HUMAN RESOURCES DIVISION within the CORPORATE OPERATIONS DEPT of NSWC PHILA DIV.
The salary range shown above represents all of the positions within the band, including high grade positions. This is not a high grade position; therefore, the salary may be limited to a GS-13, Step 10; currently $147,934.
Duties
You will serve as the lead academic program manager for Financial Payments regarding the development of the workforce.
You will oversee the work assignments of at least two Administrative/technical Specialists and contractors who are paying and coordinating academic, offsite, and online training.
You will oversee the Purchase Card, Electronic Funds Transfers, book reimbursements, course completions, and academic training uploading processes.
You will provide advisory services and program support to employees, supervisors, and senior leadership concerning financial and payments issues in regard to workforce development.
You will provide comprehensive metrics and data analysis to senior leadership on training finances and recommending appropriate courses of action where needed.

- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least I have one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower level pay band NT-04 (GS-11/12 equivalency) or grade level in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector analyzing workforce development requirements to provide comprehensive human resources management advisory and technical services.
