You will serve as a Technical Project Manager (Administrative/Technical) in the Workforce Development Branch, Human Resources Division, Corporate Operations Department, Naval Surface Warfare Center, Philadelphia Division (NSWC PHILA DIV).
Duties
You will develop, maintain, and manage the command's Learning Management Tool which includes updating the course catalog, researching academic training, and ensuring Core Competency Qualification Requirements (CQRs) are uploaded into the tool.
You will research academic, offsite and onsite training events and provide options to departments on how to fill core competency requirements for employee plans.
You will implement options for internal course development, ensuring employees have updated Individual Development Plans (IDPS) which reflect training requirements completed.
You will establish and control milestones, schedules, budgets, and costs to ensure project success for the technical competency program and other areas in the Workforce Development Branch.
You will develop and interpret guidance in the areas of technical and business competencies, the acquisition workforce program and other workforce development programs.

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NT-04 pay band (GS-11/12 grade level equivalency) in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Providing human resource advisory services on leadership development, acquisition workforce program management, technical and business competency program, mentoring, and development of individual training plans to include assessing and developing strategies for immediate and long-range employee development program needs.
