Duties
You will clearly and effectively articulate, present, and promote varied ideas and issues before a wide range of audiences.
You will document facility deficiencies and initiate corrective repair action.
You will prepare briefings covering methods used in the development, collection and preparation of statistical data.
You will conduct inspections of real property assets and develop written detailed analysis of facilities’ conditions.
You will review design drawings and evaluate analytical engineering reports to determine corrective actions and provide guidance.
Requirements

- This position may require occasional travel from normal duty station. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft.
- You will be required to wear personal protective equipment such as helmets, gloves, coveralls, glasses, goggles, respirators and safety shoes continuously for the duration of the work shift.
Qualifications
For Non-Federal applicants: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-10 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Clearly and effectively articulating, presenting, and promoting varied ideas and issues before a wide range of audiences; 2) Documenting facility deficiencies and initiating corrective repair action; 3) Preparing briefings covering methods used in the development, collection and preparation of statistical data; 4) Reviewing design drawings and evaluating analytical engineering reports to determine corrective actions and provide guidance; 5) Conducting inspections of real property assets and developing written detailed analysis of facilities' conditions.
