You will serve as a MANAGEMENT ANALYST in the Human Resources Management Department of NMRTC SAN DIEGO CA.
Duties
You will develop and maintain a tracking mechanism to documents the receipt of new employees as the come onboard to fill the respective positions approved by the PMB.
You will check variety of documents, such as DMHRSi, DCPDS, and TWMS for consistency with current manpower documents.
You will notify senior analysts of any discrepancies.
You will lead in gathering data, analyzes and prepare NMCSD total force information.
Requirements

- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites.
Qualifications
GS-11: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
Experience utilizing various types of systems such as Defense Medical Human Resources Systems internet (DMHRSi), Total Forces Manpower Management Systems Web (TFMMS Web), Defense Civilian Personnel Data Systems (DCPDS), Total Workforce Management Systems (TWMS), Officer Distribution Control Report (ODCR) and Activity Readiness Information System (ARIS) etc.
Experience providing administrative support to the command Position Management Board (PMB) by providing manpower and utilization reports.
Experience applying a wide range of methods used to gather, analyze, and evaluate information concerning management processes, draw conclusions and recommend appropriate action.
Experience coordinating input for studies from employees, clinical and administrative activities to develop or support plans and program to solve data problems.
Experience creating and maintaining various databases, spreadsheets and reports.
GS-09: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
Experience assisting others analyze management programs for effectiveness and efficiency.
Experience assisting others develop recommendations to improve program effectiveness.
Experience developing management reports to prepare and present findings.
Experience working with Microsoft Excel spreadsheets and/or Microsoft Acess databases.

In lieu of specialized experience, you may qualify with the following education or combination of both education and experience:
GS-11: Successful completion a Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree
or
Successful completion 3 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree
or
Possession of aLL.M., if related
or
A combination of experience and graduate education as described above that equates to one year of experience
GS-09: Successful completion of a master's or equivalent graduate degree
or
2 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree
or
LL.B. or J.D., if related
