This position is located on USDA, Office of the Chief Financial Officer, National Finance Center, Administrative Management Staff (AMS), Support Services Office (SSO), in New Orleans, LA.
Support Services Office is responsible for coordinating all planning and related reporting with Office of the Chief Financial Officer (OCFO) and other agencies.

Duties
Lead and coordinate initiatives and programs, interact and communicate effectively with customers/stakeholders.
Collaborates with internal and external customers at management levels to analyze and resolve problems.
Maintains an electronic monitoring, tracking, and retrieval system to archive historical records for documents generated concerning the Agency.
Prepares presentations and facilitate group discussions.
Requirements

Qualifications
Applicants must meet all qualifications and eligibility requirements by the closing date of the announcement including time-in-grade restrictions, specialized experience and/or education, as defined below.
Specialized Experience: You must have one (1) year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the next lower grade level (GS-11) or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent in the public sector. Specialized experience for this position includes: Plans and coordinates initiatives or projects/program processes that have Agency-wide use and implications. Experience performing work that involves analytical, technical and administrative duties in support of financial management or budget formulation, and leading process improvement initiatives. Provides customer/employee service and support through official travel program operations. Tracks and reports progress against the various activities, initiatives, and programs. Experience with oral and written communication techniques to present findings and deliver briefings in a small or large group setting. Prepares presentations and facilitate group discussions.
Time-in-Grade Requirements: Merit promotion applicants holding or having held a GS position in the past 52 weeks must meet applicable time-in-grade requirements. One year at the GS-11 is required to be eligible for the GS-12. Time-in-Grade requirements must be met by the closing date of the announcement.

Education
