Duties
Reviews, analyzes and evaluates the Bureau Trust Fund operation and recommends changes which provide maximum utilization of manpower, money and material resources. Acts as a liaison to the Section Chief, on budgetary matters, operating requirements, and recommends improved methods of operation. Provides technical assistance to the Bureau field installations in maintaining the TRUFACS and is responsible for the development of future enhancements to the system. Plans and assists in the activation of new facilities in the areas of Deposit Fund maintenance, requesting equipment, implementing and testing automated systems and providing on-site training. Provides technical advice on Trust Fund operations including related aspects of Deposit Fund, accounting and procurement; acts as technical advisor to controllers/Business Administrators, Budget and Accounting Officers, Operating Accountants, Budget Analysts, Accounting Technicians, Trust Fund Supervisors and Trust Fund Analysts in resolving problems related to Trust Fund.

Qualifications
To be considered for the position, you must meet the following qualification requirements: Education: There is no substitution of education for specialized experience for this position. Experience: You must have at least one year of specialized experience equivalent in difficulty and complexity to the next lower grade level in the normal line of progression for the occupation in the organization. To be creditable, this experience must have equipped the applicant with the particular qualifications to perform successfully the duties of the position, and must typically be in or related to the position to be filled. Some examples of this qualifying experience are:
Experience in reviewing, analyzing and evaluating the Trust Fund Operations and recommending changes and providing maximum utilization of manpower, money and material resources.
Experience preparing operating cost requirements and distribution of current year's resources as it relates to the Trust Fund Deposit Fund operation.
Experience providing technical advice on Trust Fund operations including related aspects of Deposit Fund, accounting and procurement.
