This Civil Division is recruiting for a front-line Case Processing Supervisor position. The position is located in the Civil Actions Branch. The incumbent is responsible for providing supervision, oversight, case processing management, and quality review of branch functions and employee work, in compliance with applicable Court rules; Court and division policies; Court business processes; and division and branch standard operating procedures.
Duties
Brief Description of Duties:The Case Processing Supervisor supervises up to eight direct reports. The incumbent plans, develops, implements, and evaluates vital administrative, managerial, and supervisory programs and functions to fulfill the Courts’ strategic plan and to enhance the operational efficiency of the Superior Court in Civil matters.As the Supervisor, the incumbent is responsible for performing the following major duties:

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications: A high school diploma/GED and at least six (6) years of clerical and/or administrative experience in a court and/or legal environment, and one (1) year of experience as a supervisor. Attention to detail, time management, and impeccable follow-up skills are required.
Successful completion of the Courts' Management Training Program counts as one year of supervisory experience. Education Substitution:An associate's degree and at least four (4) years of clerical and/or administrative experience in court or legal environment and one (1) year as a supervisor. Successful completion of the Court's management training program counts as one year of supervisory experience. A bachelor's degree and at least two (2) years of clerical and/or administrative experience in a court or legal environment and one (1) year as a supervisor. Successful completion of the Court's management training program counts as one year of supervisory experience.
The preferred candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in legal studies, business administration, public administration, human resources administration, or a closely related field; two (2) or more years of supervisory experience.
