This position is located in the Office of the Clerk of the District of Columbia Court of Appeals. The Calendar Clerk is responsible for the administrative tasks associated with preparing the court's calendars, processing motions filed in calendared cases, maintaining and distributing current information on calendar activity, and monitoring cases ready for calendaring.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications: A high school diploma plus eight (8) years of administrative experience of which at least two (2) years are in a legal or court environment. Experience with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and other major software applications.
Education Substitution:
Associate's degree plus five (6) years of administrative experience of which at least two (2) years are in a legal or court environment.
Bachelors degree plus three (4) years of administrative experience and two (2) years of experience in a legal or court environment.
