You will serve as a SUPERVISORY MANAGEMENT ANALYST in the Manpower Management division of COMMANDER NAVY REGION HAWAII.
Duties
You will analyze operations to determine time, manpower, or other resource requirements.
You will develop analytic databases to support the Program Objective Memorandum (POM) data collection process.
You will evaluate candidates to make recommendations on appointments, promotions, or reassignments.
You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders identify and assess operational information, needs, or business trends.
You will recommend solutions that promote the effective use of available manpower resources.
You will analyze statistical reports to monitor manpower trends.

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Assessing the effectiveness of manpower programs and identifying areas for improvement; 2) Developing long range plans to support military and civilian manpower programs; 3) Proposing solutions to manpower management and personnel issues that are identified in business studies; 4) Supervising or leading employees (i.e. assigning work, identifying training opportunities, recommending personnel actions, etc.).
