You will serve as an IT Specialist (INFOSEC) in the Spectrum Warfare Department, Information Technology & Cyber Security Division, Cyber Security Assurance & Compliance Branch (CL) of NAVAIRWARCENWPNDIV CHINA LAKE.
Duties
You will manage requirements for more than one external stakeholder and must prioritize tasking based on Digital Precision Strike Suite (DPSS) and fleet priorities.
You will be responsible for cybersecurity projects with high visibility and speed to the fleet initiatives.
You will be responsible for navigating new technology through the Risk Management Framework (RMF) process, to include the Assess Only process.
You will acts as both the project manager and the technical lead for projects, performing risk assessments for changes and continuous monitoring activities.

- This is a Cyberspace Workforce position, work role code 722, proficiency level Advanced the incumbent is required to obtain and maintain qualifications in DoDM 8140.03 Cyber Workforce Qualification and Department of Navy policies.
- Successful completion of a pre-employment drug test (including marijuana) is required. A tentative offer of employment will be rescinded if you fail to report to the drug test appointment or fail the test. You will be subject to random testing.
- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the DS-04 pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate some or all of the following: 1) Reporting on Information Assurance Vulnerability Alert (IAVA); 2) Performing cyber security support for an acquisition program/laboratory; 3) Demonstrating knowledge of cybersecurity processes and policies, Risk Management Framework (RMF), and authorization documentation requirements; 4) Managing cybersecurity for Enclave Zone B, C, and D laboratory configurations; Applying the Risk Management Framework (RMF) process; 5) Understanding the application of cybersecurity procedures/mitigations to mobile devices and software. Your experience must reflect skill in the following areas: attention to detail, customer service, oral communication, and problem solving.
