You will serve as a Supervisory IT Specialist (SYSADMIN) in the Corporate Business & Analysis Group, DITAC, Digital Infrastructure Division of NAVAIRWARCENWPNDIV POINT MUGU.
Duties
You will serve as the Division Head of the Digital Infrastructure Division in the DITAC organization.
You will be uniquely positioned to influence the delivery of IT and Cybersecurity services to NAWCWD labs, ranges, and capabilities.
You will manage the resourcing, prioritization, capacity planning, and service delivery to include the functions of non-NMCI network transport, system and network sustainment, network monitoring and response activities.
You will manage the resourcing, prioritization, capacity planning, and service delivery of technology roadmap delivery, strategic plan alignment, cybersecurity governance, cloud-based and on-prem hosting environments, and software solutions.
You will work collaboratively with the Command Enterprise Architect, DITAC Business Operations and mission area stakeholders to facilitate infrastructure and system delivery that meets and enhances operational capability throughout the Command.
You will apply IT expertise in accessing, producing and updating all elements associated with defendable, high quality technology solutions.
You will serve as the strategic and tactical rudder for the Life-cycle sustainment, Monitoring and Response, Technology Development and Digital Environment and Cloud functions.
You will develop and maintain a technology roadmap for transformation and integration of capability into the enterprise and communicate a strategic plan for capability improvement and resource management.
You will use enterprise tools to capture system security configuration and implementation for Command capabilities and deliverables.

- Successful completion of a pre-employment drug test (including marijuana) is required. A tentative offer of employment will be rescinded if you fail to report to the drug test appointment or fail the test. You will be subject to random testing.
- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NM-04 pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate some or all of the following: 1) Developing and maintaining a technology roadmap for transformation and integration; 2) Sustaining and developing information technology services and solutions; 3) Leading and motivating a diverse team.
Your experience must also reflect skill in the following areas: attention to detail, customer service, oral communication, and problem solving.
