You will serve as a MANAGEMENT ANALYST in the TRAINING DEPARTMENT of CDR NAVY EXPEDITIONARY COMBAT COMMAND.
Duties
You will advise and assist stakeholders in developing effective training solutions.
You will communicate and coordinate all aspects of the training program to staff manpower, personnel and training managers and other staff members.
You will serve as an analyst and advisor on the management of the training Program.
You will attend meetings focused on resourcing, budgeting, and acquisition.
You will assist with the review of Navy Training System Plans to ensure Ready Relevant Learning requirements are aligned to annual Program Objective Memorandum inputs.
You will review the training system plans for new/modernized equipment and capabilities and provide feedback for adequacy.
You will assist in planning and directing the development of training life cycle cost analyses for contracts and projects, performing cost benefit, economic evaluations of current or projected programs.
You will assist in the development and issuance of financial and contract policy to provide guidance for the planning, execution, and evaluation of subordinate command training plans.
You will analyze training databases to develop annual training budget.
Requirements

- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
- You will be required to obtain and maintain a U.S. Passport.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
Experience applying knowledge of Navy Expeditionary Combat Force (NECF), it may be at the TYCOM, Group, Battalion or Command level.
Experience applying knowledge of Navy manpower and training programs, policies, and procedures.
Experience applying knowledge of Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) System to include requisite interaction between TYCOM, SYSCOM, NETC/Learning Centers, and OPNAV Resource Sponsors.
Experience applying knowledge of the acquisition process and life cycle management program.
Experience applying comprehensive knowledge of the Department of Defense and Navy training policy, the Navy Training System Plan and Training Project Plan processes.
