You will serve as a Program Analyst of COMMANDER - NAVAL INSTALLATIONS.

Duties

You will serve as a program analyst, project manager, and Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the Requirements division of the Housing program. You will Assist in identification of new and innovative processes and technologies for incorporation in the criteria and standards. You will plan, manage, and implement analysis and studies that are often unique and complex.

• You will be required to obtain and maintain an interim and/or final security clearance prior to entrance on duty. Failure to obtain and maintain the required level of clearance may result in the withdrawal of a job offer or removal.
• MSP/PPP applicants must currently hold the required security clearance.
• This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.

Qualifications

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Conducting complex statistical analysis; quantitative analysis; financial analysis and trend analysis.; Supporting program managers on matters relating to statistical analysis; management functions; change impacts; Reviewing and/or interpreting policy and regulations; correspondence management; Interpreting DOD/DON processes and regulations to ensure accurate information.
