Duties
You will serve as OPNAV CNO N00NW, Director, Naval Nuclear Weapons Program, NNDM Regulator Branch's lead program analyst for the supply and facilities/infrastructure areas.
You will identify issues that affect the Navy Nuclear Deterrence Mission (NNDM), review potential impacts and oversee execution of corrective actions associated with these issues.
You will assess the effectiveness of root cause analysis, corrective action, and risk management programs.
You will develop, coordinate, and implement formal guidance related to assessing and reporting the readiness for NW, NW systems, and Navy Command, Control, and Communications (NC3) systems.
You will lead the NNDM regulatory effort in oversight of other U.S. Navy commands with NNDM supply support and facilities/infrastructure responsibilities.
You will prepare reports and presentations for CNO N00NW as the NNDM Regulator to provide to the Chief of Naval Operations or the NNDM Oversight Council.
Requirements

- You will be required to obtain and maintain an interim and/or final security clearance prior to entrance on duty. Failure to obtain and maintain the required level of clearance may result in the withdrawal of a job offer or removal.
- Successful completion of a pre-employment drug test (including marijuana) is required. A tentative offer of employment will be rescinded if you fail to report to the drug test appointment or fail the test. You will be subject to random testing.
- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
Qualifications
Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NH-03 (GS-13) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Performing oversight of supply logistics or facility readiness to support utilizing performance and risk management tools, to ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
