Duties
You will contribute to the improvement of productivity, effectiveness, and efficiency in Financial Managers operations at all commands and departments under
NSWG-2.
You will be responsible for assisting with Management Control Internal Control Reviews and Risk Assessments, Tracking Data Calls, and assisting the N7 Comptroller and N7 Deputy Comptroller with reoccurring tasks and duties
You will be considered a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Learning Management Systems (LMS) and Total Workforce Management Systems (TWMS).
You will aid and coordinate with N7 Knowledge Management (KM) and IT support, to assist with the following functions: Sharepoint, Custom Software Developer,
Financial Software, and Hardware.
You will oversee the SF-182 process to include the routing and tracking of SF-182s.
You will oversee and be solely responsible for all the N7 New Employee onboarding process, Financial Management Certification and Sustainment
tracking, and DOA/DD-577 Manager/Tracker.
Requirements

- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
Qualifications
GS-09
Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Responsibility for the business process improvements to include ensuring Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are maintained and updated AND providing aid and coordination with IT support, to assist with various functions (e.g., Sharepoint, Custom Software Developer, Financial Software, and Hardware).
GS-07
Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-05 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Responsibility for the business process improvements to include ensuring Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are maintained and updated.

Education
Education may be used to substitute for specialized experience with the following:
GS-09
master's or equivalent graduate degree
or
2 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree
or
LL.B. or J.D., if related
GS-07
1 full year of graduate level education
or
superior academic achievement
NOTE: Equivalent combinations of education and experience are qualifying for all grade levels for which both education and experience are acceptable.
