Duties
Supports program strategic goals and initiatives in the administration of the agency’s Succession Program and other Human Capital initiatives to include the FM Certification Program
Serves as the Succession Program’s primary scheduler for various events (i.e. training, panel meetings, mentoring events) and develops/administers surveys for various stakeholders to gain feedback.
Primary point of contact for the Senior Executive Service (SES) Orientation program. Coordinates with new SES, and their staff, to schedule agency level briefings geared at providing relevant information pertinent to their position.
Assists the FM Certification team by routinely helping with presentations, communications, reviews, training, and scheduling.

Qualifications
GS-12 Specialized Experience Requirement: One year of specialized experience equivalent in level of difficulty and responsibility to that of the next lower grade (GS-11) within the federal service, which demonstrates the ability to perform the duties of the position, is required.
Specialized experience is defined as: assisting in the management of enterprise-wide talent management or talent development programs, missions or functions; making recommendations to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of talent development programs; and communicating with various stakeholders to include senior leadership.
Time-in-Grade: Current or former federal employees who have held a GS position in the preceding 52 weeks, must meet the time in grade requirement. Applicant must have served 52 weeks as a GS-11 or higher grade in Federal Service.
You may qualify for consideration if meeting time-in grade, specialized experience, education requirement, 90 days after competitive appointment requirement, and all other qualification requirements within 30 calendar days after the closing date of the announcement, unless otherwise indicated on the announcement.
