You will serve as a PROGRAM ANALYST in the NAVAL SPECIAL WARFARE PROGRAM OFFICE (PMS 340) of PEO UNMANNED AND SMALL COMBATANTS.
Duties
You will execute program plans to achieve milestones and requirements for the full scope of activities associated with acquisition issues.
You will analyze project operations to identify discrepancies and issues impacting project completion (e.g., budget, schedules, tasks).
You will provide long range plans for the cost, performance, schedule of diverse teams and acquisition efforts within the scope of assigned areas.
You will analyze requirements to develop program reporting including the specifications, data gathering and analytical techniques, and evaluation methodology.
You will lead studies, surveys, reviews, and/or research projects to evaluate program accomplishments, effectiveness, and/or compliance with meeting specific goals, objectives, rules, and regulations.
You will develop planning documents (e.g., Simplified Acquisition Management Plan (SAMP), Acquisition Program Baseline (APB), resource requirements, and contract documents throughout the system lifecycle.
You will establish and maintain working relationships with internal and external stakeholders to coordinate projects concerning the development, installation, integration, and testing, relative to the acquisition process.

- You will be required to obtain and maintain an interim and/or final security clearance prior to entrance on duty. Failure to obtain and maintain the required level of clearance may result in the withdrawal of a job offer or removal.
- MSP/PPP applicants must currently hold the required security clearance.
- Successful completion of a pre-employment drug test (including marijuana) is required. A tentative offer of employment will be rescinded if you fail to report to the drug test appointment or fail the test. You will be subject to random testing.
- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
- This position is covered under the Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA). Certification in the Acquisition Functional Area and category assigned to the position is required within established category timeframes.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NH-02 pay band (or GS-11 equivalent) in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector evaluating program requirements to support the acquisition and life cycle (e.g., development, installation, integration, or testing and evaluation) of weapon systems or related components.
