Duties
You will receive and process applications for on-base and/or off-base housing, Rental Partnership Program (RPP), and Public Private Venture (PPV) housing.
You will determine eligibility, advise applicants on availability, and determine control dates.
You will maintain and manage priority referral lists for PPV units.
You will assist the Housing Director and Manager with the annual Housing Requirements Surveys, updating BAH data collection into the enterprise Military Housing (eMH) system.
You will assist personnel who are living in the PPV housing in resolving tenant/landlord complaints and disputes.
Requirements
- Must be a U.S. Citizen.
- Must be determined suitable for federal employment.
- Must participate in the direct deposit pay program.

- You will be required to obtain and maintain an interim and/or final security clearance prior to entrance on duty. Failure to obtain and maintain the required level of clearance may result in the withdrawal of a job offer or removal.
- You will be required to obtain and maintain a current valid United States driver's license.
- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-06 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Providing guidance on Housing policies, regulations, and procedures; 2) Responding to inquiries from housing applicants and various agencies to facilitate workload requirements; 3) Interpreting applicable state laws to explain rental and lease agreements to housing applicants; AND 4) Preparing housing reports for local management to submit to higher authorities. Education
In lieu of specialized experience, you may qualify with the following education or combination of both education and experience:
For the GS-07
Successful completion of a 1 full year of graduate level education;
OR
Successful completion of a bachelor's degree with superior academic achievement;

A combination of experience and education as described above that equates to one year of experience.
