About the Position: This position will serve as a Supervisory Force Integration Analyst with Fires Capabilities Development Integration Directorate (CDID), Fires Center of Excellence (FCoE) located at Fort Sill, Oklahoma. The incumbent of this position will coordinate and manage the planning, development and execution of all force structure, organization, documentation, modernization, and force development actions and assigned projects within the FCoE Force Development Division.
Duties
Serve as an immediate supervisor with the FCoE Force Development Division.
Develop policy and guidance for the Force Development Division in support of the FCOE force modernization program.
FCoE force development primary point of contact supporting external coordination.
Analyze the Army Structure Memorandum (ARSTRUC) and the Force Modernization Master Plan (FMMP) for impact on both ADA and FA branches.
Requirements
- Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.
- Position requires official travel (TDY) away from home station overnight approximately 30% of the time.
- May be required to serve a one year supervisory probationary period.
- Recruitment/Relocation/Retention Incentive may be authorized.
- Occupant of the position is limited to the return of former incumbent with statutory return rights under 10 USC Section 1586.

Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes the following: Use analytical and evaluative methods and techniques to issues and studies concerning the force modernization program; Ensure that force modernization strategic plans and programs are coordinated and integrated into a cohesive strategic plan; Develop policy in support of a force modernization program; and Perform duties as a senior analyst, team lead or supervisor. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-12).
