The office of HIR Program Management and Policy is looking for a program manager to both support PMO-related activities and manage enterprise-wide projects.
Duties
The Office of the Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) provides operations support services and business solutions to the community of 10,000 House Members, Officers and staff. The CAO organization comprises more than 650 technical and administrative staff working in a variety of areas, including information technology, finance, budget management, human resources, payroll, childcare, food and vending, procurement, logistics and administrative counsel.

Qualifications
Qualifications Master’s degree or equivalent work experience.A minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience managing projects, at least 5 of which using agile methodologies. Project Management Professional and Agile, particularly Disciplined Agile, certification preferred. Experience with portfolio management preferred. Proven ability to create high-quality deliverables that require minimal editing and are contextually accurate. Must be able to manage competing priorities while ensuring deadlines are met. Knowledge of Organizational Change Management and adoption metrics preferred. Knowledge of ITIL preferred. Proven experience with Microsoft Office applications to create process flow drawings, presentations, reports, spreadsheets, PivotTables, and other technical and non-technical documentation in a succinct and timely manner. Experience with ETL processes, dashboard creation, business intelligence software, and information design preferred. Proven experience of advanced skills with an Agile project management software such as Jira, ClickUp, or similar required. Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate both orally and in writing with senior staff, IT professionals, and non-technical users. Must be able to secure and maintain Federal Government security clearances as deemed appropriate by senior management.Continued employment is contingent upon satisfactorily completing a criminal history records check (or other applicable security clearance) and a pre-employment drug-test (pre-identified position only).
