As a Program Manager, you will manage the Performance Management Line of Business (PMLoB), a program to standardize and present government-wide federal performance data related to agencies' strategic plans.Location of position: GSA, Office of Government-wide Policy, Office of Shared Solutions and Performance Improvement, Washington, DC.We are currently filling one vacancy, but additional vacancies may be filled as needed.

- Meet time-in-grade within 30 days of the closing date, if applicable

The GS-15 salary range starts at $163,964 per year.To qualify, you must have at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-14 level or higher in the Federal service. Specialized experience is defined as experience applying advanced leadership and management techniques to evaluate a process improvement program by directing, reviewing, conducting studies, negotiating on issues and resolving controversial problems, and developing policies to achieve optimal, standardized business operations.
