Duties
You will support the maintenance of SSP's command-wide EVM policies, instructions, and guides consistent with the organization's strategic vision and in compliance with higher authority.
You will develop and maintain of Integrated Program Management (IPM) and EVM education materials and plans in accordance with requirements.
You will monitor status of and make recommendations for command IPM/EVM training.
You will review contract provisions for IPM/EVM.
You will improve EVM analysis methods, tools, databases, and processes, and perform analysis on assigned datasets.
You will manage coordination of EVM inputs into internal and higher-level reports (e. g. DOD EVM Central Repository, ASN (RDA) Dashboard).
Requirements

- This position is covered under the Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA). Certification in the Acquisition Functional Area and category assigned to the position is required within established category timeframes.
- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
- You will be required to complete ethics orientation within three months of appointment and submit a Confidential Financial Disclosure Report, OGE-450, within 30 days of appointment.
Qualifications
Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NH-02 (GS-11) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Conducting earned value analysis or integrated program management to manage risks, identify opportunities, and perform root cause analysis for weapons systems acquisitions.
