Duties
Conduct studies, reviews, analyses to determine organizational needs.
Conduct management research projects and surveys.
Determine the most economical and effective means of providing or receiving services.
Develop cost estimates and evaluate performance associated with new and established agreements.
Coordinate renewal, revision, extension, or termination of existing agreements.
Review data to identify and resolve discrepancies.
Negotiate and assist in contract development to build mutually beneficial partnerships.
Serve as the Primary Project Manager for the Risk Management Internal Control Program.

Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes managing agency's agreements program and internal controls; developing and negotiating appropriate agreements; providing guidance and assistance concerning the support of agreement program; preparing and reviewing budget funding cost estimates for compliance with policy, rules, regulations and estimates knowledge of budgeting and accounting systems is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-11).
