Duties
You will apply a Product Management skillset to prioritize capability delivery in order maximize value to mission owners.
You will leverage ITILv4 or equivalent IT Service Management (ITSM) best practices to manage spend plans, lifecycle costs, delivery roadmaps, and risks/issues/ opportunities, in conjunction with the PEO Digital DevSecOps Center of Excellence (DCE).
You will employ Human-Centered Design (HCD) methods to develop personas, customer journey maps, and prioritized user stories to support agile delivery practices.
You will champion software-defined solutions architected for continuous delivery under strict standards, leveraging a structured piloting process across technology investment horizons.
You will utilize data-driven performance dashboards and improvement projects to improve Program Executive Office (PEO) Digital’s 5 World-class Alignment Metrics (WAMs).
You will adopt innovative procurement approaches leveraging the full spectrum of the DAU Contracting Cone, in conjunction with the PEO Digital Procurement Center of Excellence (PCE).
Requirements

- The position often requires irregular hours.
- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
- You will be required to complete training, obtain, and maintain a government credit card for travel and travel-related purchases.
- May be authorized for an Alternative Work Schedule/ Compressed Work Schedule (AWS/CWS).
- This position is designated as a Cyber IT/Cybersecurity Workforce position. You must obtain and maintain the credentials as described in SECNAV M-5239.2 for specialty area 802- IT Project Manager, level A- Advanced, within 12 months of appointment.
- This position is covered under the Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA). Certification in the Acquisition Functional Area and category assigned to the position is required within established category timeframes.
- This position is eligible for part time, substantial or ad-hoc telework at the discretion of management.
Qualifications
Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Knowledge of policies, guidance, regulations, and laws governing information management and the DOD/DoN IT systems and networks program management acquisition processes; AND demonstrated ability to develop plans and strategies to execute short and long term goals for enterprise IT services.
