You will serve as a Doctrine and Training Publication Coordinator in the Training and Education Command of TRAINING AND EDUCATION COMMAND.
Duties
You will develop, author, review, and update Marine Corps Doctrinal, Warfighting, Tactical, and Reference Publications within occupational fields.
You will provide technical doctrinal development expertise to the other branches within the Policy and Standards Division.
You will develop briefings on doctrine and training for general officers and other Marine Corps leaders that reflect current Marine Corps positions.
You will support efforts to transition publications from an industrial age model to an information age model.
You will be responsible for developing requirements and conducting configuration boards as the leader or member of a working group to ensure operational needs are met.

- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
- You will be required to complete training, obtain, and maintain a government credit card for travel and travel-related purchases.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Developing, authoring, reviewing, and updating doctrinal and training publications within occupational fields such as infantry, intelligence, aviation, and logistics to ensure that the publications support the training and education of users and contain no conflicts with other related doctrinal and training publications.
