You will serve as a MANAGEMENT ANALYST (OFFICE AUTOMATION) of NMRTC QUANTICO VA.
Duties
You prepare and present findings and recommendations to management.
You will conduct interviews with supervisors and employees to obtain information about organizational missions.
You will assist in identifying Full Time Equivalent position vacancies.
You will prepare agendas and all documents for the Position Management Committee.
Requirements

- This position requires the ability to type at least 40 words per minute. Your response to the typing skill question on the Occupational Questionnaire will be used in your qualification determination.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
Experience performing administrative and technical duties in support of the work of a moderately complex organization.
Experience preparing agenda and all documents for management
Experience evaluating and advising on all correspondence, reports, and other documents in draft and final form.
Experience preparing training schedules
Experience with performance appraisal review process.
Experience coordinating with supervisors to backfill positions.
Experience interpreting higher authority directives.

Education
In lieu of specialized experience, you may qualify with the following education or combination of both education and experience:
master's or equivalent graduate degree
or
2 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree
or
LL.B. or J.D., if related
